Egypt sells two products that look the same in a photo: a car to the pyramids, and a day with a licensed guide. The first gets you to a gate. The second is allowed to explain the site. Antiquities sites expect a Ministry of Tourism guide with the party. A driver reading from a phone is not that, and it is how guests end up in a workshop they never booked.

Egyptiva Tours confirms the guide before you travel. Our lead English-speaking guide is Hanan Magdy Beshi, a Ministry of Tourism licensed guide and a member of the Egyptian General Tourist Guides Syndicate. When the diary needs a second guide, that person is also licensed and named on the confirmation. The same guide and the same driver stay from pickup to drop-off, in Cairo, on the Giza plateau, and in Aswan.

What you should see on any serious tour page, including ours: duration, meeting point, inclusions, exclusions, a price, a language, and a cancellation window. Ours is 72 hours. Prepaid tickets such as timed museum entry are excluded from the refund once they are issued, and we say that before you pay.

The company, not a marketplace profile, is who you are writing to. Read about the company, the ground on Cairo and Giza and Aswan, or start with Plan my tour.
