Questions guests send before they book
Is this operated by Egyptiva Tours as a private journey?
Yes. Egyptiva Tours is a private travel company. This programme is run exclusively for your party — licensed local Egyptologist guide, private vehicle and driver, no other guests added to the car.
What is included in the price?
Hotel or airport pickup and drop-off, a licensed guide, a private air-conditioned vehicle, driver, bottled water, and the sites named on this page. Entrance tickets and lunch are listed in the inclusions so nothing is invented on the day.
Can you reshape this itinerary?
Yes. Share flight times, walking comfort, photography goals, or a must-see site and we rewrite the hour-by-hour. Use Plan my tour for a full brief, or WhatsApp reservations if you already know the date.
Who meets us, and in which language?
A licensed Egyptian Egyptologist guide and private driver assigned by the company. Guiding is in English unless you request another language in advance. The same team stays with you all day; the reservations desk remains on WhatsApp.
Is this suitable for families, seniors, or a solo traveller?
Yes. Tell us ages and any walking limits. We adjust temple circuits, add shade stops, and keep the pace unhurried. Solo travellers are collected from the hotel or airport in a private car. A female guide can be requested.
Are there obligatory shopping stops?
No. Egyptiva Tours does not add perfume, papyrus, or alabaster loops. Optional workshops are only included if you ask for them.
How do pickup, tickets, and timing work?
We confirm a pickup time with your hotel or terminal. Tickets we can pre-arrange (including GEM timed entry where required) are organised by the company. You bring passport or ID. The day returns you with time for rest — or, on a layover, with a safe buffer before your next flight.
How do I confirm and pay?
Write to info@egyptivatours.com or WhatsApp +20 15 5563 8881. A deposit holds the date; the balance follows the Payment page. Cancellations three or more days ahead can usually be rescheduled; late changes may deduct prepaid tickets.
